The Association of European Businesses represents and promotes the interests of European Businesses in the Russian Federation since 1995. The AEB carries out activities to improve the Russian business and trade environment and to promote economic integration and partnership between
the Russian Federation and the European Union.

Joerg Bongartz, Chairman of the Board, Deutsche Bank Ltd. — Chairman of the AEB Banking Committee. The Committee is charged with preparation of proposals of specific issues of Russia's financial sector — Tax Legislation, Сlose-out Netting Mechanism, Pledge Legislation, Ruble Clearing, Transparency and Anti-Money Laundering.
