Deutsche Bank named Best Foreign Bank in Italy for the second consecutive year

Deutsche Bank has been named the Best Foreign Bank in Italy in the 2015 MF-Milano Finanza Global Awards. This is the second consecutive year that the Bank has received the business newspaper’s “Guido Carli Award” named in honour of a former Governor of the Bank of Italy.

The award recognises the Bank’s successful operations in Italy, where retail products and services are provided at 650 locations across the country. The Bank is also the No.1 foreign asset manager by net inflows in Italy and is one of the leading investment banks.

Flavio Valeri, Chief Country Officer of Deutsche Bank Italy, accepted the award in Milan.

“The Guido Carli Award is a testament to the commitment of Deutsche Bank and its employees in Italy. Even in challenging times for our industry, we have continued to respond to our stakeholders’ needs, support Italian families, small and medium sized enterprises, corporations and institutions. For this reason, we are honoured to once again receive this important recognition, which confirms Deutsche Bank’s increasing importance in the Italian financial industry, the Bank’s second-biggest market in Europe after Germany.” said Flavio Valeri
