Complete the Situational Judgement Test

You will receive an invitation from us to take our online Situational Judgement Test. The test is a mandatory step in our selection process which is used to find out how well your values align to ours. You will be confronted with real-life workplace scenarios and will be asked to find the most effective way to handle critical situations.

Meeting in person

We have a multistage process during which you will tackle a number of assessment tools. These may include case studies and interviews, which will relate to the business area you have applied to.
Deutsche Bank will generally provide compensation for your travel expenses.

Your start with us

The Graduate Programme generally begins in July and continues for your first year with the Bank.
The Internship Programme usually begins in the early summer. We also have a range of other programmes for undergraduates and their timelines differ in each region
