Creating value for all
Trust in banks has declined among the general public. Our response to that is: our banking business must become more sustainable not only in the economic sense. Social and environmental dimensions have to play a vital role as well.
We have to demonstrate that the financial sector plays a valuable role in society and that we act with integrity and responsibility in everything we do. We need to show that we are sensitive to the interests of society, that we create value for clients, employees and communities as well as shareholders.
