Non-Core Operations Unit

The Non-Core Operations Unit was established in late 2012 and is responsible for selling capital-intensive assets that are not core to the bank’s new strategy, thereby reducing risk and capital demand. This also allows management to focus on strategic core operations and, at the same time, increases the transparency of external reporting. more
