How and where to send your complaints
 

Who can contact our Department

All clients who, in relation to accounts held with our bank, intend to submit complaints regarding the methods which Deutsche Bank used to manage and provide its products or services.

How to submit complaints

Client complaints must be submitted in written form, also by submitting the written complaint to a branch of the Bank which will provide a receipt.

Deutsche Bank's reply

The Bank shall provide a written reply within the terms provided by law.

A copy of the Regulations of the Complaints Department and the Banking Ombudsman, as well as the complaints procedure regarding cross-border bank transfers may be requested at any of our Bank's branches.
