Conditions of participation

Raffle of 2 x 2 Business Seat tickets for The Grand Jam at the Deutsche Bank Park (24 May 2025)

    1. The organizer of the draw for the tickets is Deutsche Bank AG, Taunusanlage 12, 60325 Frankfurt.
    2. By participating in the raffle of the Deutsche Bank, the participant accepts the content of these conditions of participation.
    3. The raffle of the Deutsche Bank starts on 14 May 2025, and ends on 21 May 2025 at 23:59 CET.
    4. Every member of TikTok is entitled to participate in the raffle of Deutsche Bank, who
a. follows @deutschebank on TikTok and is tagging at least one extra user in the comment section of the raffle video and
b. is at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.
    1. Participation in the raffle is free of charge.
    2. All TikTok followers of @deutschebank are eligible to participate. Non-members of TikTok, Deutsche Bank employees and their relatives are excluded from participating.
    3. Each participant can only take part in the draw for themselves. Eligibility to participate see section 4 of these terms and conditions.
    4. The 2 winners will be determined until 22 May 2025 16:59 pm CET. The 2 winners will be drawn randomly among the participants.
    5. The 2 winners will each receive the following prize: 2 Business Seat tickets – The Grand Jam (24 May 2025)
  1. In case of a win, the participant agrees that the organizer will send the winner a private message to their TikTok account for the purpose of notifying the winner. The winner needs to confirm the e-mail address for the delivery of the tickets within 24 hours after the notification. If the winner does not reply and confirm the delivery address within 24 hours, the winner ticket is transferred to a new winner.
  2. The prize cannot be changed, exchanged or paid out in cash.
  3. Compliance note: The Deutsche Bank Park raffle does not fall within the scope of the G&E guideline of the Deutsche Bank.
  4. The social media competition is in no way connected to TikTok and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by TikTok or other companies. The organizer (Deutsche Bank) is the sole contact for questions regarding the drawing of the Deutsche Bank Park tickets.
  5. The judges' decision is final.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from participating in the social media competition for important reasons, in particular in the event of a violation of these conditions of participation or the insult to other participants.
  7. The participant acknowledges that there may be technical problems during the drawing that affect the drawing, and which are not the responsibility of the organizer.
  8. All provisions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict of laws. The place of performance is Frankfurt am Main.
