Deutsche Bank UKI named a Fertility Friendly Employer

Deutsche Bank has been awarded Fertility Friendly Employer Accreditation by Fertility Matters at Work, recognising the bank's commitment to creating a workplace where colleagues navigating fertility challenges and different paths to parenthood feel understood, supported and empowered.

The accreditation is awarded to organisations that demonstrate meaningful and practical support for employees experiencing fertility-related journeys. It recognises the steps Deutsche Bank has taken to provide accessible policies and guidance, equip managers with the knowledge to support their teams, raise awareness across the organisation and connect colleagues with a broader range of wellbeing resources.
