Corporate Philanthropy Leaders is an annual research project arranged by the Donors Forum nonprofit partnership of grant making organizations, the newspaper "Vedomosti", and the international auditing and consulting network PWC. This year became the eighth for the ranking. more
June 10, 2016 Deutsche Bank was a bookrunner for the issue of 7-Year Bonds of Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK).
7-Year Eurobonds for $700 million were issued carrying a 4.5% coupon and maturity date in 2023. The issuer was Steel Funding Limited, and in addition to Deutsche Bank other co-bookrunners were ING Bank N.V., London Branch, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Société Générale. Eurobonds were assigned the following ratings: BB+ (S&P), Ba1 (Moody’s) and BBB- (Fitch). more

Deutsche Bank's collection of contemporary art is the world's largest: it includes about 60,000 paintings, sketches, photos, as well as sculptures and installations. 95% of the art works are on display at the Bank's offices throughout the world. This is a fundamental principle: starting from the late 1970-s that laid the foundations to the collection, the Bank is guided by the principle "Art Works". In other words, it forms part of its corporate environment and culture. The Russian section of the Deutsche Bank Collection includes over 180 pieces of art by 60 painters. more

March 4, 2016 Deutsche Bank served as a bookrunner in Gazprom issuing Eurobonds for CHF 500 million. The road show for the company’s debt securities took place mid-March in Switzerland.
Deutsche Bank, UBS and Gazprombank were lead managers on the issuance, with Renaissance Securities (Cyprus) Limited being a senior co-manager. Bonds were issued by Gaz Capital S.A. (Luxembourg) at par value with 3.375% p.a. The maturity date for the said bonds is November 30, 2018. Initially, investors were oriented at a 3.625% coupon, but it was later scaled down to nearly 3.5% p.a. more

Joerg Bongartz, Chairman of the Board of Deutsche Bank Russia and Head of the Bank’s Global Transaction Banking Russia, was elected to the Supervisory Board of the Russian Central Securities Depository (CSD). The election took place at the CSD’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders that was held on May 26, 2015. The Supervisory Board consists of 15 financial figures, including representatives of the Russian major banks and independent directors. more
