Deutsche Bank today announced the appointment of Glenn Morgan as Chief Executive Officer for Deutsche Bank Australia.
On announcing the appointment, Alexander von zur Muehlen, Deutsche Bank’s Chief Executive Officer for Asia Pacific and member of the Management Board, said: “Australia is core to our Asia Pacific and global franchise due to our broad local product offering, leadership in fixed income, and our special ability to foster cross-border activity, both inbound and outbound. We also continue to emerge as a leader in sustainable finance in Australia, as evidenced by our top rankings in ESG bonds,”
“Glenn is ideally placed to continue to lead the franchise, as we invest in our local business, following the launch of our onshore cash management capability and a number of recent strategic hires for our investment banking business” added von zur Muehlen.
