Deutsche Bank Singapore’s efforts in advancing disability inclusion are prominently featured in SG Enable’s newly released guide, Inclusive Hiring, Stronger Businesses – A Guide to Disability-Inclusive Employment.

This national playbook highlights best practices and case studies from leading organisations across sectors, showcasing how inclusive hiring can drive innovation, resilience, and sustainable business growth.

The guide presents Deutsche Bank as a model for disability-inclusive employment, spotlighting its Neurodiversity@Work programme and broader efforts led by dbEnable, the bank’s employee resource group dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities.
