Deutsche Bank Awarded Two Accolades from The Full FX
Deutsche Bank is proud to announce it has received two significant awards from The Full FX, which seek to recognise outstanding e-FX technology. The bank was recognised with the "Workflow Award" and the "e-FX Initiative of the Year Award" for its innovative Haus FX integration with BlackRock’s Aladdin platform.
The "Workflow Award" recognises Deutsche Bank’s successful efforts to eliminate friction and simplify processes across its e-FX business. This recognition marks a significant milestone in the bank's ongoing journey to revitalise its electronic offering.
The award highlights several key advancements in Deutsche Bank's workflow strategy:
Tailored and simplified solutions: The bank has focused heavily on reducing friction by delivering more tailored workflow solutions for both corporate clients and financial institutions.
Open architecture and third-party integration: Moving away from exclusive in-house delivery, Deutsche Bank is expanding its reach by delivering its tools via third-party platforms.
Consolidated access and front-office support: Clients now benefit from a single entry point for all services. Additionally, the client support function has been moved back into the front office—a small but critical operational change that ensures rapid, expert assistance to help clients maintain efficient workflows.
Having won The Full FX’s "Product of the Year" last year for its potential, HausFX has secured the "e-FX Initiative of the Year" award for its highly successful real-world deployment on BlackRock’s Aladdin platform.
This landmark integration is a game-changer for the asset management community, opening a direct distribution channel to more than 250 major firms. The deployment addresses a critical, long-standing operational challenge for institutional investors: efficiently handling FX transactions linked to cross-border securities activity. In an era of shortening settlement cycles and rising regulatory complexity, the need for automated operational workflows has never been more urgent.
Building on a year of industry-leading recognition
This success follows the top accolade Deutsche Bank secured earlier in the year in Euromoney's prestigious annual FX Awards, where for the second consecutive year the bank was named the World’s Best FX Bank.
The top honour was awarded based on a comprehensive assessment of the bank's performance. In its editorial, the Euromoney judging panel emphasised that scale alone does not define leadership, noting: "Deutsche offered a combination of risk appetite in a disorderly market, infrastructure that took cost and friction out of FX, and onshore reach as the market moved in that direction. No other bank delivered all three in 2025."
Demonstrating leadership in Asia's evolving markets
The bank's global recognition is complemented by specific awards for its leadership in FX Markets Asia, where it won Best Asia FX Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDF) House and, for the second consecutive year, FX House of the Year for South Korea.
Taken together, these awards from Euromoney, The Full FX, and FX Markets Asia validate Deutsche Bank's holistic approach to the FX market—combining global scale and risk management with a sustained commitment to developing client-centric technology and deep regional expertise.
