Deutsche Bank appoints Managing Director in Global FIG

Deutsche Bank today announced the appointment of Mike Lamb as Managing Director within its European Global Financial Institutions Group (FIG), reporting to Jorge Calderon, Global Head of FIG. Lamb, who will join in March and be based in London, will work with financial institution clients in the UK.

Mike has over 17 years experience advising banks, insurers, asset managers and speciality finance companies. He joins from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein where he spent 13 years in Corporate Finance, most recently as Managing Director in FIG. Prior to joining DrKW, Mike worked in the insurance and banking groups at Touche Ross.

Commenting on the appointment, Jorge Calderon, Global Head of FIG said; "Mike brings a wealth of experience to Deutsche Bank. He has advised companies in the UK and overseas and has particular expertise in balance sheet management for companies operating in the financial sector.
