Deutsche Bank UK and its employees have been awarded the Charities Trust Gold Quality Mark Award, recognising a commitment to Payroll Giving.
Charities Trust, a leading donations management organisation in the UK, celebrates employers that support employees’ giving through its annual Quality Mark awards. Achieving Gold recognises more than 10 percent of employees using Payroll Giving, alongside the bank’s matched giving programme and regular communications on the initiative.
Payroll Giving sits within the bank’s Plus You volunteering and giving community, and enables employees to support causes they care about through their monthly payroll.
